Tutoring

Personalized ADHD Coaching

Building Confidence, Practical Skills and Self-Awareness

Offering personalized systems for time management, organization, and focus, helping individuals manage executive function challenges, regulate emotions, develop confidence, and leverage their ADHD strengths for greater self-trust and goal achievement.

Discover Individual Strengths

In tutoring and coaching, I can discover an individual strengths by working closely with a student in a one-to-one or small-group setting, Here, I can observe how the student thinks, learns, and responds without the pressure of a classroom. This always me to build an individualized strengthed base program.

Develop Real Understanding

Tutoring and coaching help develop real understanding by slowing learning down and focusing on the why, not just the answer. By asking guiding questions, mode thinking, and checking for misconceptions, I can help students to connect new ideas to what they already know.

Gain Confidence for Life

Coaching and tutoring help students build confidence by providing a safe, supportive space where mistakes are treated as part of learning, not failure. I give specific, positive feedback, teach strategies that actually work for the student, and help them understand their own strengths. This creates a more positive relationship with themselves which builds confidence.
